I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2002 and am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, the UK's largest professional body, representing over 7500 members. I operate under the AOR's Code of Practice and Ethics which requires me to undertake Continuing Professional Development.
In March 2008 I attended a course of post-graduate reflexology training in women's health and in May 2009 I attended a workshop on reflexology for fertility exploring the interface between reflexology and acupressure.
I am a member of Suffolk Reflexologists and regularly take part in events to promote awareness of reflexology. The photo below was taken at Otley College during World Reflexology Week 2008 when we provided free taster sessions.
I hold a VTCT Diploma in Indian Head Massage
In November 2008 I became a Certified Practitioner in The "M" Technique, having been trained by Dr Jane Buckle who devised and developed this therapy

In my spare time, I am a volunteer complementary therapist for St Elizabeth Hospice, Ipswich
